2) Where are you from?
I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I grew up in Williston, North Dakota.

3) How long have you been blogging?
3 years

4) What do you hope to achieve with your blog?
I developed The Mindful Shopper after I became home-bound from a rare autoimmune disease in 2011. I began blogging as a way to connect with others and to feel purposeful. It also isn’t a bad way to make a little extra money! 🙂

5) What’s the best blogging advice you’ve ever gotten and who gave it to you?
I have received this advice from many bloggers- don’t focus on the stats. Blog because you are passionate about a topic that you want to share with others. (I sometimes have to remind myself of this excellent advice.)

6) What do you feel are your strengths as a blogger?
I have a knack for curating really cool collections of fun and interesting products. You won’t find collections like these anywhere else!

7) What questions do you have about blogging/what could you use some help with?
I would love advice on how much to charge for ads. Also, I am new to Tumblr and would love input on how to best utilize this platform for my blog.

8) What’s one fun fact about you?
I can touch my tongue to my nose.
