Now let’s get started with this week’s awesome post. Drum roll, please…. What Does Real Growth Look Like? Written by Teresa at Embracing The Spectrum
“What Does Real Growth Look Like?” Written By Teresa at Embracing The Spectrum
What makes Teresa’s blog post awesome? Here’s my feedback:
- The header for Embracing The Spectrum immediately draws you in. The focus of Teresa’s blog is clear and the design is easy to read, catchy, and cheerful.
- The above image is great for Pinterest. I think it benefits Facebook, Google+, and Tsu as well. The title is included on the image so the reader will immediately know what the article is about.
- Embracing The Spectrum has lots of white space which isn’t necessary but you must admit it is a very clean and polished look. It’s bright and pleasing to the eye.
- I love Teresa’s Click To Tweet box that she uses at the end of her post. I liked it so much I immediately stopped what I was doing and uploaded the plugin to my WordPress blog. I also made sure to tweet her post using that box 🙂
I hope everyone has learned something from the first week of Let’s Make Your Blog Awesome. In review there are four blogging tips we can apply to our blog that Teresa applies on Embracing The Spectrum.
- A catchy and clear header.
- Images optimized for Pinterest.
- White space or what I like to call, “breathing room”. Not necessary but very cool.
- Click To Tweet plugin.
What do you like about Teresa’s blog? When you share your post with me on Friday for consideration for next week’s featured post, let me know if you applied any of these blogging tips 😉 Have a wonderful weekend wherever you are in the world! Signing off, Tina
