Who doesn’t love food? I lovvveee food. All the flavors, colors, textures, and smells… ooh la la! Not only it is exciting to eat a well-prepared meal but it nourishes and strengthens our body. We need food! I may not be big in the kitchen but recipe blogs like Momz Cuisine sure help when I want to cook a fine meal.
Today we are interviewing a Greek food / recipe blogger named Magdaline Makris. Maggie is one of the IBA’s very own board members. She helps manage Facebook and we appreciate her support. Getting back to food… Maggie’s most popular dishes on her recipe blog include Peas with Potatoes in Red Sauce, a Beer Batter Recipe, Souvlaki Gyros, and Deep Fried Zucchini Burgers. Who is your favorite blogger and why?
It’s hard to choose. I like various blogs for different reasons. A few are funny, some are professional, and others provide me with loads of information.
What do you do for fun when you aren’t blogging?
I cook or I walk. Cooking for me is creating. It’s fun and it never bores me. Cooking might tire me out but always have an appetite for it.

I love to ice-skate even though I can only do it once every 4 years due to location. LOL 🙂
