Plus it isn’t an annoying pop up. The Sumo App has a smart setting that you can use where it will wait until the person is engaged on your page before it will pop up. After people see your content, they are more likely to subscribe to your newsletter. You can set the pop up to appear every minute or even every 5 years. Personally, I prefer once a month. It’s not too annoying for my visitors that way but still gives them the encouragement to sign up. I see significant increases in subscriptions at the beginning of each month. Overall, my subscription numbers are up period with this app. It works with multiple web platforms and pushes the emails to your newsletter list.
How to Install the Sumo App:
- Go to the Sumo App website (or here for Word Press users)
- Take a second to read their great tips about which colors and words actually work best
- Get the code
- Install it on your site
- Customize it to suit your website, to push the emails to your newsletter list, and more.
It takes no time at all and you’ll see the increase. It is really easy to customize and understand. Plus it’s free! If you want to see it in action you can go to my websites: Chicken Scratch n Sniff or Colorado Springs Tours and Reviews. Simply look around my website and you’ll see it soon.
